Reservation and Cancellation Policies
In line with International Policies, all hotel reservations must be accompanied with a current credit or charge card number, including expiration date. The address furnished must be the billing address of the card. All reservations guaranteed by this method will be held for arrival. We appreciate our clients informing us of their expected arrival time in order to prepare in advance. No shows or guaranteed reservations will be automatically charged for the duration booked.

Cancellations must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid this charge. This includes those reservations made through our online booking facility. A 10% lodging tax is added to guest statements, as well as a $2 per room night occupancy tax. Payment can be made with Discover, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Blanche, and Diners Club.

Arrival time is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. We request that arrangements be made for late arrivals. Our usual check-out time is 11:00 am. This allows us to prepare the guest rooms for newly-arriving guests.
